The mattress was low to the ground, well worn in that it canted to the edge, and not that comfortable. It is in need of replacement. This was the biggest issue with the room. The carpets in the room and hallway were pretty worn. They did look clean.

There's no receptionist on site will need communicate with an answering service to obtain entry code for the hotel. Also no onsite parking. I spent more money than I wished to.

It’s a nice hotel with friendly staff. I think you should give a discount or free parking for people staying at the hotel. The cost to parks adds up quick.
